Healthcare and Education for Africa’s most “At-Risk.”

“What matters most?”

Ejayes Charities Inc., was established to create opportunities for both international and local outreach in developing nations, particularly Africa, that serve to improve the quality and accessibility of healthcare and education for underserved and less-privileged citizens.

Medical Missions

According to UNICEF’s 2015 report, about 2,300 children aged 5 and younger as well as 145 women die daily in Nigeria, making the nation the second largest contributor to the under-five and maternal mortality rates of the the world. Government resources have been insufficiently allocated to the healthcare of the impoverished. Ejayes has worked tirelessly over the last 16years to cover the gap and deliver free healthcare and surgery to as many as possible.

Access to Education

The United Nations Education, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) recommends member nations set aside 36% of their annual budget for education. Nigeria’s allocation to education has never once exceeded a third of this recommendation. This explains why a sector so critical to the development of the future has left potential students with little hope and no books.

Support for Communities

ECI (Ejayes Charities Inc.) remains dedicated to leaving communities better than they are when we first arrive. Thats why we are developing skills training programs and scholarships that will promote science, entrepreneurship, information and technology amongst inhabitants. We pinpoint the disciplines that will pivot these small towns towards becoming sustainable societies.

“Can I sit back and hope the future will stand tall when a floor hasn’t been provided for its feet? Delivering health and education gives me permission to hope.”

— Dr, Nduka-Nwosu., Founder/President
